Building Requirements
Some of Rockhampton Region is located in a cyclonic area and therefore any building work in this area requires a Building Development Application. An application usually consists of the appropriate Application Forms, copies of the plans and the relevant application fee.
Once the relevant information is collated you may lodge these details together with the relevant application fees to the Council Customer Service Centres.
Building Inspection requests must be received 24 hours prior to the time required.
